Quality Improvement

Quality Assurance in Daily Facility Operations

This is a major emphasis within the daily operations of the Facility. Quality Assurance (QA) meetings are conducted on a monthly schedule while information is being collected on a daily basis. The QA team includes representatives from all departments and facility operations. It is our commitment to continually monitor our internal systems and strive for improvement, a little each day, as our residents’ lives are top priority.
