Resident Council
The Role of Resident Council
Resident Council is held monthly and provides an opportunity for Residents to participate in making decisions regarding the facility. They help to decide on holiday plans, activities and outings, and give comments and suggestions about the quality of life at Bay Bluffs. We value the ideas and opinions of our Residents, and Resident Council is just one avenue for those ideas to be shared. We continually strive to improve care and value any feedback that we receive from staff, families and Residents.
