The Bay Bluffs team works with loved ones to determine how to reach individual goals for health and quality of life. The goal: assisting residents in attaining and maintaining the highest level of physical and cognitive function for as long as possible with high quality, individualized programs to enable each resident to attain maximum functional potential.
Short-term Rehabilitation
Bay Bluffs offers a highly skilled team of professionals to help meet your short-term rehabilitation goals. Ultimately, the short-term rehabilitation goal is to heal and strengthen enough to get back home, and Bay Bluffs is excited to help. The interdisciplinary team works together with residents, families and caregivers to develop individualized programs that promote the ability to adapt and adjust to living as independently and safely as possible.
Memory Care
Bay Bluffs provides a safe, secure and homelike environment for those residents that need additional specialized care related to Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Compassionate staff members provide meaningful daily activities to promote independence, participation and enhance each individual resident’s quality of life.
